CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting for a Cleaning Coordinator

As a CBRE Cleaning Coordinator, you will be responsible for basic cleaning duties. This includes damp wiping, mopping, sweeping and waste disposal.

This job is part of the Cleaning Services function. They are responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of client and company buildings.

What You'll Do:

Provide daily cleaning support to high-traffic areas of the building designated by the supervisor.

Stock bathrooms with toilet paper, paper towels and soap.

Sweep, vacuum and mop hallways, restrooms, elevators, etc. Damp wipe furniture.

Clean glass partitions and mirrors

Ensure that cleaning supplies are in a safe, secure area at all times. Complete a detailed cleaning checklist for each designated area.

Complete standardized cleaning process as per company standards.

Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment.

Attend all regular staff meetings and required in-service training sessions.

Follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.

Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.

Continuous focus on safety, conducting dynamic risk assessment before, during and after each work activity.

Skillset and Qualifications:

Commitment to safety.

Fulfil the physical requirements associated with this role. This includes bending, standing, walking, and climbing stairs. Must be able to lift/carry loads within personal manual handling capabilities.

Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.

Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.

Driving licence desirable
