Our client, a well–established Building Consultancy is looking to appoint a Building Surveyor to join their growing team in Bristol.

This is a project–focused opportunity, with the successful candidate working closely with the management team to deliver Employer's Agent and Contract Administration services across a range of projects.

Alongside the core project work, the role will provide exposure to a broad range of professional surveying disciplines, including building surveys, dilapidations and related services. This varied experience is designed to support continued professional development and progression through the APC pathway.

Building Surveyor Salary & Benefits:

Salary of 35,000 – 55,000, depending on experienceFull–time positionSupport towards APC progression and achieving MRICS statusBroad exposure across project and professional surveying workOpportunity to work closely with an experienced management team

Building Surveyor Job Overview:

The successful Building Surveyor will primarily focus on project work, supporting the delivery of Employer's Agent and Contract Administration services. The role also offers the opportunity to develop experience across a wider range of professional surveying instructions, providing a strong platform for long–term career progression.

The business has a strong focus on professional development, with several members of the team recently achieving MRICS status.

The role will include:

Delivering Employer's Agent services across a range of projectsProviding Contract Administration servicesWorking closely with the management team throughout project deliverySupporting projects from inception through to completionCarrying out building surveysUndertaking dilapidations and related professional surveying servicesDeveloping technical and professional surveying experienceSupporting APC progression where applicable

Building Surveyor Job Requirements:
