The Role:
Lead and manage BMS Smart building & BMS Projects from inception to completionCoordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams to deliver the projects on time and within budgetDrive the integration of smart buildings and MSI Solutions into building systemsProvide technical leadership in system design, software configuration and commissioningMonitor project progress
Requirements:
Proven experience managing BMS, Smart building or Building automation projectsIn-depth knowledge of MSI Roles, protocols (BACnet, Modbus, MQTT) and naming conventionsStrong understanding of smart buildings & BMS ArchitecturesExcellent project management skills and ability to lead teamsStrong communication skills
