About the company
We're looking for a BESS Technical Supervisor to join a well-established, growing energy solutions business. You will be playing a key role in the growth and development of the Battery Energy Storage Systems engineering team.
This is a senior technical role with real influence, responsible for guiding engineering standards, mentoring engineers, and ensuring safe, high-quality execution as the business continues to scale.
BESS Technical Supervisor - The Details
Up to GBP55,000 basic salary 8am - 4.30pm Overtime available Company vehicle included Long-term development across the business People-first company culture BESS Technical Supervisor - Requirements & Responsibilities
Min. 5 years BESS industry experience Degree in Electrical Engineering Manage, mentor and support BESS Engineers within the team Provide technical guidance and professional development Develop and deliver technical training programs Help scale the engineering function in line with growing project pipeline Provide training across different levels Promote a strong safety-first engineering culture Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written Customer-Focused with a commitment to delivering an excellent service Effective planning and organisation skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy A valid driving license with no more than 6 points This position offers a competitive salary, benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth.
