Job role: Baler & Compactor Engineer

60,000 – Overtime + Van – Fuel Card

Paid Travel – Door 2 Door

Shift: Monday – Friday – DAYS

We have partnered with a leading innovator in machinery used in manufacturing, packaging, warehouse environments, who due to continued success are looking to recruit a Baler & Compactor Engineer.

The successful applicant will complete scheduled maintenance, attend breakdowns, assist with installations and provide technical support.

The main responsibilities of the Baler & Compactor Engineer will include.

Maintenance of balers, compactors, recycling shredders.and associated machinery Ensuring plant equipment functioning in the correct manner. Maintaining all equipment on site, such as pumps, motors, gearboxes, and valves. Hydraulic and pneumatic repairs Installation of machinery onsite. Maintaining all mechanical and electrical process equipment. Fault finding and diagnostics. Following a PPM schedule and recording follow up work. Ensuring appropriate housekeeping standards are maintained on a daily basis. Continually developing to improve operations to drive improvements in quality, cost and safety. Assisting production with machinery problems and setups, providing relevant training when appropriate. Responsible for the protecting, always, of the integrity of the Company through positive and constructive actions and attitude.
