An exciting opportunity has opened up for an experienced Audio-Visual Installation Engineer to join a fast-growing and forward-thinking AV company delivering innovative solutions across London and the surrounding regions.

The Role

As an AV Installation Engineer, you'll be responsible for installing, configuring, and commissioning high-quality AV systems at client sites. You'll play a key role in delivering projects to a high standard, ensuring every installation looks sharp, performs flawlessly, and leaves the client impressed.

What You'll Be Doing

Installing a wide range of AV solutions including projectors, LED & LCD displays, screens, speakers, microphones, VC systems, control systems, and digital signageReading and working from technical drawings, schematics, and system designsEnsuring all installations meet industry standards, health & safety, and best-practice guidelinesWorking collaboratively with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to deliver projects on timeMaintaining company tools, PPE, and vehicles to a professional standardRepresenting the business professionally on client sitesTaking part in ongoing training and development to stay ahead of the curveWhat We're Looking For

Proven experience in AV installation (commercial environments preferred)Strong understanding of AV signal flow and installation best practicesAbility to confidently interpret technical drawings and schematicsExcellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detailComfortable working independently or as part of a teamFull UK driving licence and willingness to travelWhy Join?
