Location: London and Home Counties

Salary: 50,000 to 60,000 per annum (depending on experience)

What You'll Be Doing

As Project Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards.

You'll:

Manage projects from design through to installation, commissioning and handoverAct as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholdersCoordinate design, engineering, programming and installation teamsDevelop and manage project schedules and delivery plansMonitor budgets, resources and timelinesIdentify risks and resolve issues before they become problemsAttend and lead project meetingsCoordinate materials, equipment and labour requirementsMaintain project documentation and reportingSupport testing, commissioning and client handoversEnsure quality, health & safety and company standards are maintainedBuild strong relationships with clients, contractors and project partnersTravel to project sites as requiredWho We're Looking For

You may already be an experienced Project Manager.

Or perhaps you're currently an Assistant Project Manager or Project Coordinator looking for the next step in your career.

Either way, you'll need:

Strong organisational and planning skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesConfidence managing multiple projects simultaneouslyCommercial awareness and budget management skillsA proactive, solutions-focused mindsetThe ability to work independently and as part of a teamGood IT skills including Microsoft Office and project management softwareWillingness to travel to project locations when requiredIndustry Experience

Previous experience within any of the following sectors would be advantageous:

Audio Visual (AV)Smart Home TechnologyHome AutomationConstructionElectrical ServicesBuilding ServicesTechnology IntegrationExperience with systems such as Crestron, Lutron, KNX, Control4 or similar is beneficial but not essential.

If you have strong project management skills and the desire to learn, full training and support will be provided.
