Your role is to keep everything moving. You'll support the Project Managers, organise the detail, track progress and make sure both the technical team and the client always have clear information. If you enjoy structure, solving problems early and being the steady person in the middle of a busy project, you'll fit in well here.

What you will be doing

Supporting the Project Managers through each stage of large Residential AV projectsCoordinating schedules, updates, equipment deliveries and task listsPreparing documentation, including project packs, drawings and reportsActing as a key communication point between engineers, designers, suppliers and clientsTracking changes, risks and progress so the team can make decisions quicklyHelping organise handover materials, O and M packs and client facing documentsEnsuring equipment is ordered, checked and ready when the team needs itKeeping project data accurate across internal systems and trackersWhat you need to bring

Ideally, experienced in AV, construction, Engineering or a similar technical settingConfident communication with clients, engineers and senior team membersStrong organisation with the ability to keep multiple streams of work alignedCompetence in Excel and general project toolsA methodical approach and the ability to remain calm during busy periodsA mindset that spots issues early and takes actionInterest in premium smart home or AV technology is a bonusWhy this role stands out
