A young, sociable Quantity Surveying and Project Management consultancy is seeking a bright and enthusiastic Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their London office.
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor's Role
The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will work within a team of 15+ Quantity Surveyors who work across an impressive portfolio of work including:
High end residential refurbishment - acting as a Quantity Surveyor and Contract AdministratorSchool extension - up to 10mCommercial spacesThe new Assistant Quantity Surveyor will also undertake pre and post cost management services under the supervision of an Associate Quantity Surveyor and Director.

Completed a construction related degree18+ months, UK quantity surveying experiencePre and/or post contract experiencePrevious experience within a cost management / cost consultancy practiceA proactive and inquisitive natureDriving licenceIn Return?
