Job Title: Electrician (Water Industry)
Location: Anglian Water & Yorkshire Water Regions
Rate: GBP27 per hour + Mileage + Stay-Away (10-hour days)
Duration: 3 months
Hours: 50 hours per week
Start Date: 05/01/26

We are currently seeking a time-served Electrician to join our team, supporting the delivery of upgrade and new installation projects across key clean water sites within the Anglian Water and/or Yorkshire Water regions.
Working lcoations may vary drastically week to week. the client will pay for mileage and accommodation where required, but you must be able to travel long distances and stay away when required.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out electrical installation, maintenance, and repair works on water treatment plants and associated facilities.
Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical regulations and site safety requirements.
Undertake both planned and reactive electrical works, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Collaborate with site teams, engineers, and contractors to deliver projects to high standards.
Fault finding, testing, and inspection of electrical systems.
Complete all required documentation, including job sheets, risk assessments, and test certificates.
Requirements:
18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671) - Essential.
ECS/JIB Gold Card - Essential.
NVQ Level 3 / C&G (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation.
Full UK Driving Licence (travel across sites required).
Previous experience working with water treatment sites is preferred.
