AC Engineer Level 3 London
A leading M&E and maintenance contractor is looking for experienced Level 3 AC Engineers to join its London-based mobile engineering team.
This role offers stable long-term work across a wide range of commercial and public sector properties.
Duties
Air conditioning maintenance PPM works Reactive repairs Fault finding Call outs Quoted remedial works Occasional commissioning works Working On
Schools Colleges Universities NHS sites Council buildings Student accommodation Care facilities Requirements
Level 3 AC Qualification F-Gas Certification Experience working on commercial systems Full UK Driving Licence Good diagnostic ability IPAF/PASMA beneficial Package
GBP20.00 GBP23.00 per hour
Company van and fuel card
F-Gas equipment provided
Standard hand tools supplied
Travel paid (30 mins deducted each way)
20 days holiday
