Description

Do you want to deliver high-quality end-use parts for sectors such as marine, automotive, defence and advanced manufacturing? This could be your chance to specialise in industrial polymer production using HP Multi Jet Fusion technology. This Portsmouth based additive manufacturing service bureau focuses on digital manufacturing, rapid production and on-demand supply chains allowing their customers to move from design to functional parts quickly and efficiently.

They are searching for a 3D Printing Technician to support day-to-day production operations. This role will focus on operating industrial HP 3D printing systems, preparing builds and ensuring high quality finished parts are delivered to customers. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, technically curious and excited about working in a modern additive manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Operate industrial 3D printers, including polymer powder bed systems such as HP Multi Jet Fusion Prepare build units, materials, and print jobs prior to production Remove printed parts from build chambers and perform de-powdering and cleaning processes Carry out post-processing tasks such as bead blasting, dyeing, and finishing Perform basic quality checks to ensure parts meet required specifications Support routine machine maintenance and report any equipment issues Assist the production team in managing workflow and preparing parts for delivery Skills and Qualifications:

Experience with 3D printing technologies and equipment maintenance (HP/EOS/Stratasys Multi Jet Fusion preferred) Knowledge of assembly and manufacturing processes Strong attention to detail and quality control Ability to work independently and as part of a team Technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
