The X1 Elliptical Trainer has everything you’d expect from a Life Fitness cross trainer. The WhisperStride™ technology keeps things remarkably quiet, while the patented Link6™ drive system ensures you enjoy a fluid, natural stride every time. Coupled with its generous stride path and synchronised upper and lower body movements, you achieve a complete, total body workout. PERFORMANCE TRACKING The Go console provides you with a very easy-to-use interface, displaying all your important performance feedback. With a clear blue display, it’s simple to navigate. Contact heart rate sensors on the front handlebars allow you to monitor your progress as you advance through each stage of your workout. You can also use the included wireless heart rate chest strap for even more accurate, convenient readings. WORKOUT PROGRAMMES The Go console includes 13 wide-ranging workout programmes, certain to keep your training varied and support your every fitness goal. You also have the option to store up to 2 user profiles and create a custom workout. The X1 also features an ErgoGrip™ stationary front handlebar to assist lower body training and oversized, non-slip pedals for additional support while you train. The Life Fitness X1 Elliptical Trainer is also available with Track or Track Plus console.
