I contacted AA Eleectricals at midday on a Sunday following a report from a vulnerable tenant that her power had totally failed and she was without lights or heating. Adrian took my call and agreed to be on site within two hours. He was open and honest about his emergency call out rates when I asked him. He got slightly delayed but notified me and advised of his new anticipated arrival time. Once he arrived he got straight to work. He was polite to both myself and my tenant and very respectful of the property. I really couldn't have asked for more. He discovered the problem, following meticulous checking, which was amazing as it was a trapped cable shorting out which was hidden behind a kitchen wall cabinet. Once he eradicated the problem the lights, heating etc came back on and faultless. Great result. I shall not hesitate in calling on Adrian if i have ANY electrical issues in the future.
