We are a growing property maintenance company working with estate agents and landlords across London in high end rental properties
We are looking for reliable self-employed electricians for ongoing work.
Work includes:
EICRs in rental properties
Remedial works
Fault finding
Consumer unit upgrades (when required)
Requirements:
NVQ Level 3 / AM2 (preferred)
18th Edition
Testing & Inspection (preferred)
Own van & tools
Good communication & reliability
What we offer:
Regular ongoing work
Prompt payment every 2 weeks
Work allocated locally where possible
Day rates £200-300 per day or per-job pricing
