This person took money upfront, did unsafe electrical work, connected cables incorrectly and caused the entire system to burn out. As a result, the whole boiler now needs to be replaced. After taking the payment, he refuses to refund the money or take responsibility. This is not professional work — it’s dishonest behaviour. Be very careful.
