We recently had a new FoxESS battery and inverter installed by Suns Power. Our primary reason for getting the system was to charge the batteries overnight during off peak/night rate and then to discharge over the day. From the very first phone call, John was professional and knowledgeable. They provided a detailed quote and answered all of our questions without any pressure. The installation itself was seamless. The technicians, arrived on time, was incredibly professional, and kept the work area spotless. They even took the time to explain how the new system works and how to monitor it on the app. The system has been running for a few weeks now, and it has exceeded our expectations. Our daily bill has dropped from around £5 per day to £1.50 per day. We are so happy with the entire process and the final result. We would highly recommend John at Suns Power to anyone considering a home battery and inverter installation.
