Craig was asked to move my EV charger from one house to another and he did this very quickly and efficiently with delays or mess. Craig installed the charger at the new property and once again was professional and efficient he explained what he was doing and why and thus completing his remit. However after the install there was found to be a software problem with the charger and in all honesty he could have left that with me, but no he didn’t and took it upon himself to rectify the problem with EV charger company using up many hours of his own time to ensure all was ok and working. So Craig I thank you very much for an excellent job and have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending you to other clients

Had Craig visit today to install our Ohme ePod and cannot rate or recommend him highly enough. Having been in touch for the past couple of weeks, everything has been completely seamless - from initial contact to install. Having suggested a route for the cabling etc, Craig went above and beyond to come up with an even better solution, with cabling routed as neatly as possible and the charger installed exactly where we wanted. Job done in a couple of hours, with updates provided throughout and a easy to understand chat through the set up and functions of the charger itself.
