As a Production Technician, you will play a pivotal role in a dedicated team focused on building and testing mission-critical equipment trusted worldwide.

What You'll Be Doing:

Assemble, test, and troubleshoot a variety of high-spec subsea electronic systems.

Perform diagnostics and repairs down to PCB level.

Execute defined test procedures while maintaining detailed records.

Identify and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across production processes.

Work hands-on with cutting-edge technology used in marine exploration, offshore energy, and defence sectors.

What You'll Bring:

Proven electronics assembly and soldering skills to a high standard.

Ability to follow technical drawings and work to defined procedures effectively.

Comfortable using PCs, test equipment, and production tools.

Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining consistent quality.

A proactive, self-directed approach within a collaborative team environment.

Bonus Points for:

HNC or equivalent in Electronics Engineering.

Formal soldering certification.

Experience working on high-reliability systems for rugged environments.
