Description

Quick Staff UK is recruiting for an experienced Solderer to join a well-established electronics manufacturer based in Cwmbran. This is a hands-on electronics production role, and previous soldering experience is essential. The position is long-term with the potential to become permanent after 13 weeks.

Key Responsibilities:

* Soldering electronic components and PCB boards

* Carrying out accurate hand soldering to required quality standards

* Working with small electronic components

* Inspecting completed soldering work for quality

* Identifying and reporting defects or issues

* Following work instructions and production procedures

* Maintaining a clean and organised work area

Key Requirements:

* Previous soldering experience in a manufacturing environment

* Good hand-to-eye coordination and manual dexterity

* Excellent attention to detail

* Confidence working with small components

* The ability to produce consistent, high-quality soldering work

* A quality-focused approach

* Good reliability and attendance

Hours of Work:

Monday to Thursday

7:00am – 4:30pm

Pay Rate:

£13.52 per hour
