Description
Due to growth within the business, this innovative company are looking to expand their team by hiring an SMT Electronics Engineer to work on their devices.
The role of SMT Electronics Engineer involves programming and setting up of SMT machines for building of PCBs, implementing process improvement opportunities on the SMT line and PCB area and being the main point of reference when diagnosing SMT process failures.
Previous experience in a similar role is essential, candidates with less experience can be considered if the experience is relevant.
SMT Electronics Engineer Requirements:
* Strong Electronics background
* Understanding of SMT assembly processes and equipment
* Ability to programme SMT machines
* Reading of schematics, layouts and BOMs.
