Holt Engineering is working with an innovative and steadily growing manufacturing company in Fareham, who are looking for a Production Operative to join their busy production team.

This is a hands-on role supporting the assembly and manufacturing process, with responsibilities including electronic assembly, PCB washing, soldering, masking and conformal coating.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous electronics or manufacturing experience who enjoys working in a detailed, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities for the Production Operative:

Supporting the production team with day-to-day assembly activities

Working with PCBs and carrying out electronic assembly tasks

Soldering and conformal coating

PCB washing and masking

Working from technical drawings and production instructions

Maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detailWhat We're Looking For the Production Operative:

Previous experience within electronic assembly or a similar manufacturing environment

Ability to read and work from technical drawings

Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused approach

Ability to work efficiently and meet production deadlines

Early finish every Friday at 12:30pm
