Production Operative - Immediate Start - No Experience Needed

Maldon - £12.71 per hour - Full time hours

Temporary with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate

Looking for a hands on role where you can get started quickly? We are looking for Production Operatives to join a supportive and fast moving team. No previous experience is needed as full training will be provided, so this is a great opportunity if you are keen to learn something new. If you enjoy practical work, take pride in what you do, and are ready to be part of a team, we would love to hear from you.

What you will be doing:

* Bringing products to life by carefully assembling and preparing components

* Working hands on with electronic parts in a supportive, team focused environment

* Following clear, step by step guidance so you always know exactly what to do

* Carrying out quality checks to ensure every item meets a high standard

* Preparing finished products so they are ready for the next stage

Working Hours:

This role operates on a rotating weekly shift pattern.

Week 1: Monday to Thursday 7:30am to 4:30pm / Friday 7:30am to 3:00pm

Week 2: Monday to Thursday 7:30am to 4:30pm
