About the Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join an established on-site facilities team covering a high-spec commercial office building.

Monitor, adjust, and log readings from the Building Management System (BMS).

Complete routine water hygiene tasks, temperature checks, and legionella log compliance.

Supervise and escort specialist sub-contractors (e.g., chiller and boiler service teams) on-site.

Maintain accurate maintenance logs, asset registers, and safety documentation.

Demonstrable experience working as a mechanical/HVAC maintenance engineer within commercial office buildings or corporate facilities.

Solid practical understanding of AHUs, FCUs, pumps, belt changes, bearing replacements, and pipework.

Experience monitoring and operating BMS systems.

L8 / Water Hygiene awareness certification is advantageous.

Strong communication skills and a professional approach suitable for corporate tenant interactions.
