Location: Based out of Norwich, covering clients across East Anglia

Salary: £18.00–£30.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-time Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm

Our client, a leading renewable energy company, is seeking an experienced Electrician to join their growing team in East Anglia. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of domestic, commercial, and industrial solar projects, including PV installations, battery storage, EV charging, and maintenance.

What you’ll be doing:

Installing, commissioning, and maintaining Solar PV systems and related renewable energy solutions.

Upgrading existing systems and carrying out reactive repairs and planned maintenance.

Supporting and guiding less experienced installers on site, sharing your knowledge of best practices.

Completing all necessary paperwork and certification to ensure compliance with regulations.

Working safely at heights and across both residential and commercial premises.

What we’re looking for:

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent (required).

Proven experience in Solar PV installation, commissioning, and testing (essential).

At least 3 years’ general electrical experience, including working at heights and on roofing projects.

Full UK driving licence.

Ability to commute reliably to Norwich NR13 6NT, or willingness to relocate.

Benefits:

Competitive hourly rate of £18–£30, depending on experience.

Full-time hours, with a standard schedule of Monday to Friday, 7:30–16:30.
