Electrical/ Wiring Assembler

An opportunity has arisen for Electrical Assemblers within a well-established electrical manufacturing business on a full time or part time basis. The role is based near Kington Herefordshire, with occasional site work required to support business needs. This role will be suitable for both experienced electrical assemblers, wires person and those looking to develop within electrical assembly field.

What you can expect:

Up to £16.45 per hour, depending on experience

*

Permanent role with flexible hours (24–40 hours per week, Monday to Friday) Early finish on Fridays (08:00–14:00) - Overtime regularly available

22 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing with service

What you will be doing:

*

Assembling electrical components in line with wiring diagrams

*

Checking and verifying ordered parts against specifications

*

Laying out parts and components accurately prior to wiring

*

Wiring to technical schematics and build instructions

*

Completing quality assurance checks throughout the build process

*

Preparing completed parts for dispatch and delivery

*

Liaising with production leadership regarding build queries or technical issues

*

Supporting wider factory operations when required

What we are looking for:

*

Ability to read electrical schematics (beneficial but not essential as training is provided)

*

Experience using hand tools including crimping, drilling, and mounting

*

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in build work

*

Ability to work independently and as part of a small team

*

Practical, hands-on approach to manufacturing or electrical assembly work
