Selling my home gym weight setup, in good used condition and ideal for strength training at home.
Included:
* Adjustable workout bench – multiple positions for flat/incline exercises
* Barbell rod
* 2 adjustable dumbbells – currently set up with 15kg of plates per dumbbell (7.5kg each side); plates can be removed/adjusted
* 4 × 5kg weight plates – 20kg total
* Floor mats shown in the photo can also be included if wanted
