Description
Pair of adjustable cast iron dumbbells, 10kg each so 20kg total - solid bit of kit for home workouts.
Standard 1-inch spinlock design with star-lock collars to keep the plates secure during use. Plates are cast iron and in good usable condition as you can see from the photos.
Great for a whole range of exercises - curls, shoulder press, chest flies, lunges, you name it. Perfect if you want to add some dumbbell work alongside a bench setup or just want a simple pair at home without taking up loads of space.
