Shelly and a colleague came to clean Windows and Venetian Blinds. I wasn't happy with the result. Shelley came back the next day to rectify. Initially I was happy with the result and paid £220. However yesterday when I revisited the rental property the sun was shining, the windows are streaked and blinds haven't been cleaned 100%.
Shelley is a very pleasant individual, my opinion the job was too big for 1 and Shelley would be better to replace her colleague.

Thanks Sherryl for your work. I liked the tiles how you could clean between them. There where some areas left out at my sons room and on walls at kitchen. The time for value was short as I expected a one day 8 hour clean. There is just no way to do deep cleans in 4 h . Tip of the day get the steam cleaner with pressure pointing steam for corners and tiles . Friendly service and would use again if price and hours would be 8 hours and more in detail of areas I don’t have the time to do it. Regards Anke

I am sorry but I put the wrong review up for Dollychar. Shelley is a pleasant lady to deal with. She was really apologetic to me when she realised what had happened. It has all been rectified and I am pleased to say that everything is perfect now. I very efficient cleaning ironing etc firm.

The cleaning they sent was a young girl who was useless at cleaning. I put all my cleaning products in the kitchen but all she used was a bacterial spray for everything. I paid her for 2 hrs but she did just over one hour. She just washed my kitchen lounge and bathroom floors. I wanted more than that doing. Now Shelley is trying to get £78 off me when I don't want her services again.
