1960s Premier Blue Pearl Drums Various Sizes

Chichester, West Sussex

£350

Email address verified

Description

Happy to mix and match sizes depending on your wants and requirements.

22x14 (international size)
12x8, 16x18 (pre international)

Birch.

Bass drum takes normal heads (emad not included, I will include something else). 12/16” are pre international, which currently have pre international pinstripes on which are extremely rare these days.

Bass drum is missing one dampener and missing the badge. Hoops could do with a refurb. Has 2 very small splits in the wrap (pictured), I’ve glued them back down and it’s holding up great. Bass drum tom arm mount system included, it’s held together with tape (came to me like this), works fine as is, they never were very good…. I would recommend just use a snare stand.

£350 for the 22/12/16

20x14 £80

Hoops aren’t original they’re from a Premier Olympic and they’re pretty toasted but at least usable.

Wrap in VGC, chrome is good. Other than the hoops, the bass drum is completely original with no extra holes. Birch shell 20x14, takes standard heads

The heads on the drum are not included. An unbranded black reso head will be included and an almost new Remo PS3 will be included. Or I have a smooth white Remo ambassador or the Remo Ebony head available at extra cost.

Hoops aren’t original but they are brand new Gibraltar die cast hoops which cost the best part of £140 and have maybe seen 5 hours of use tops.

Gibraltar strainer system. Puresound wires.

This was a 14x8 1968 tom that was converted into a snare to a high standard by Mark Haynes from the drum bunker. Has snare beds. It could easily be converted back into a tom you’d just need a spigot mount for it.

Just like the reason for the sale of my other Blue Pearl drums, as I’ve built up a collection of vintage snares/drums, I’ve found myself playing this the least out of anything. Wouldn’t be sad to see it to go to a good new home.

The shell is birch.

£225 for the snare.

Fancy taking everything? 22/20/12/16/14 I’d do it for £600.

Collection from Chichester, West Sussex PO18, can meet within reasonable distance. The snare I can post, £10 with DPD tracked and insured. The kits I’d rather not post them, however, if you pay for suitable boxes and courier, I’d be more than happy to do so.
