Permanent Position, £35,000 - £40,000 DOE + Overtime, 25 Days + Bank Holidays , free parking.
A specialist vehicle manufacturer is seeking an electrically biased Workshop Supervisor to lead day-to-day production across vehicle builds, refurbishments and modifications.
The Workshop Supervisor will oversee workshop operations with a strong focus on auto-electrical installation, wiring, diagnostics and electrical integration within specialist vehicles.
Key Responsibilities of the Workshop Supervisor
Lead H&S, 5S and PPE compliance
Drive quality standards (ISO9001 / customer specs)
Deliver against production plan & SIOP targets
Run daily SQCDP meetings
Oversee electrical installations, wiring looms and system testing
Manage NCRs and "no fault forward" processes
Coach and support auto electricians and workshop technicians
Control overtime and maintain accurate recordsWe Would Welcome People to Apply That Have Experience In
Auto-electrical installations (12v / 24v systems)
Wiring looms, lighting systems, control panels and diagnostics
Leading or supervising workshop teams
Specialist vehicle manufacturing, xjnqpsq coachbuilding or modifications
Maintaining high Health & Safety standards in a production environmentThis Workshop Supervisor role is ideal for a Senior Auto Electrician or Electrical Team Leader ready to step up into a Workshop Supervisor position.
