Description
Workshop Controller required for Successful Automotive multi-franchise approved car dealership in the Cheltenham area.
Our Client is seeking a Workshop Controller to join their busy service department and it is essential that you have a previous working experience within a busy Automotive Workshop.

Working hours from 8:00am-6:00pm Monday to Friday, with 1 in 2 Saturdays, 8:30am-12:30pmDuties:
Allocating work to the technicians within the Workshop
Ensuring all associated administration is completed to a very high standard
Maintaining High Levels of Customer Satisfaction
Supervising the team of Vehicle Technicians
Complying with Health and Safety regulations and ensuring the Workshop is a safe place to workRequirements:
Have a previous working experience within a similar role
Strong Leadership skills
A full and valid UK Driving Licence
Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy WorkshopHours of work for this Workshop Controller role are: 8:00am-6:00pm Monday to Friday, with 1 in 2 Saturdays, 8:30am-12:30pm.
The Salary being offered up to £30,000 with OTE £36,000.
