Description

Workshop Controller required for Successful Automotive long-established multi-franchise approved car dealership in the Basingstoke area.

Our Client is seeking a Workshop Controller to join their busy service department and it is essential that you have a previous working experience within a busy Automotive Workshop.

Benefits for the Workshop Controller:

Up To £35,000 Basic Salary + Bonus (£40,000 OTE)

Monday To Friday 8am - 5.30pm / Saturday Mornings If Required

Main Car Dealership Environment

Previous Automotive Workshop Control / Supervisory Experience Required

Allocating work to the technicians within the Workshop

Ensuring all associated administration is completed to a very high standard

Maintaining High Levels of Customer Satisfaction

Supervising the team of Vehicle Technicians

Complying with Health and Safety regulations and ensuring the Workshop is a safe place to workRequirements of the Workshop Controller:

Have a previous working experience within a similar role

Strong Leadership skills

A full and valid UK Driving Licence

Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy WorkshopHours of work for this Workshop Controller role are: Monday To Friday 8am - 5.30pm / Saturday Mornings If Required

The Salary being offered up to £35,000 with OTE £40,000.
