Warehouse Operative - Temp to Perm Opportunity

Location: Mansfield

Pay: £13 per hour

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy and well organised warehouse team. This is a temp to perm opportunity with a business looking to bring someone on board long term.

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 4:00pm

Friday: 8:00am – 3:30pm

The Role:

Picking and packing items accurately using an MRP system

Ensuring all goods are packed safely and presented well for dispatch

Booking and dispatching orders using appropriate carriers

Maintaining accurate stock locations and highlighting any discrepancies

Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations

Supporting continuous improvement activities within the warehouse

Following all health and safety procedures

What We’re Looking For:

Strong attention to detail, especially when working with similar part numbers

Ability to work accurately and methodically in a fast paced environment

Team player who can work closely with others

Previous warehouse experience is beneficial xjnqpsq

Experience with MRP systems or SAP is advantageous but not essential

Valid Forklift Truck licence is desirable, but not essential

You will be working as part of a small team, so a positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in is key.
