Our client, a well-established automotive service provider in Colchester, Essex, is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their professional team. This Vehicle Technician opportunity offers a stable, structured working environment with excellent prospects for career development within the motor trade industry.
Benefits:
Competitive basic salary of £34,000 per annum
OTE up to £38,000 with commission and bonus opportunities
Monday to Friday working week with alternate Saturday mornings

Long-term career progression prospectsDuties of a Vehicle Technician:
Conduct fast fit repairs and services efficiently, adhering to high standards
Carry out tyre replacements, wheel balancing, and other fast fit services
Ensure all work complies with manufacturer standards and is completed within specified timeframes
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
Complete all documentation accurately and promptly
Assist with general workshop tasks as necessaryRequirements of a Vehicle Technician:
Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or similar role within the automotive sector
Strong knowledge of fast fit procedures, including tyres, brakes, and exhaust systems
Full UK driving licence
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
High attention to detail and dedication to quality workmanship
