We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable family-run automotive business in Crowborough, East Sussex, for a skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician to join their busy workshop. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Vehicle Technician to develop their career within a long-established, versatile operation that values quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. The Vehicle Technician position offers a professional work environment, competitive salary packages, and the chance to work with a dedicated team.
Benefits:
Competitive salary range of £28,000 to £35,000 per annum, negotiable depending on experience

Investment in workshop facilities, including newly acquired equipmentDuties of a Vehicle Technician:
Conducting routine vehicle inspections and diagnostics
Performing repairs and maintenance on a variety of makes and models
Assisting with warranty work and ensuring compliance with manufacturer standards
Supporting the workshop’s expanding MOT bay operations
Supporting the team with general workshop responsibilities
Providing excellent customer service and professional technical adviceRequirements:
Fully qualified Vehicle Technician with relevant industry certifications
Proven experience working within an automotive workshop environment
Strong diagnostic and repair skills across all vehicle makes and models
Good communication skills and a professional attitude
Ability to work effectively within a team
