Are you an experienced Vehicle Technician seeking a rewarding career opportunity? Our client, a reputable family-run car dealership located in Bexleyheath, Greater London, is looking to recruit a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their dedicated workshop team. Competitive basic salary up to £35,000, with an OTE of £40,000

Employee discounts on vehicle purchases and servicingDuties of the Vehicle Technician:
Conduct routine servicing, maintenance and repairs on a wide range of vehicles
Accurately diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using diagnostic tools
Complete vehicle inspections and identify safety or maintenance issues
Maintain detailed records of work performed and parts used
Ensure all work is carried out to high standards and within specified timescales
Assist in training and mentoring junior team members, if applicable
Possibility to obtain MOT testing certification (training provided)Requirements:
Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or similar role
Level 2 NVQ or City & Guilds qualification in light vehicle mechanics
Strong mechanical skills and technical knowledge
Valid UK driver’s licence
Preferably MOT trained or willing to obtain certification
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
