Our client, a well-established independent garage operating for over 40 years in Trowbridge, Wiltshire, is actively recruiting a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their dedicated team.

Diagnose faults accurately and efficiently, reporting findings to the Garage Manager

Carry out routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a diverse range of vehicles

Conduct comprehensive inspections to assess vehicle safety, reliability, and performance

Adhere strictly to Health & Safety protocols and quality standards during all work activities

Keep detailed records of work performed and communicate effectively with team members and customers when necessary

Support the continuous improvement of workshop processes and service standardsRequirements:

Relevant qualifications such as IMI/NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair would be advantageous but are not essential; strong 'time served' experience on a variety of repairs, including clutches and cambelts, is highly valued

Valid UK driving license with minimal points

Proven track record of delivering high-quality vehicle repairs in a busy workshop environment

Strong team player with excellent attention to detail and a proactive attitude

Motivated to meet targets and contribute to the overall success of the workshop
