Vehicle Technician
Monday to Friday – No Weekends!
Friday Early Finish at 4:30pm!
Up to £40,000 Basic Salary!

Ashford Area
An independent garage in Ashford is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their friendly and professional team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technician who enjoys variety in their work and is looking for a supportive environment with a predictable work schedule.
The role involves working across general vehicle maintenance, including services, cambelts, clutches, and basic diagnostics. An MOT license would be highly advantageous, but is not essential.
Responsibilities
* Carry out routine vehicle services and inspections
* Replace cambelts and clutches
* Conduct very basic vehicle diagnostics
* Maintain accurate service records and documentation
* Ensure a safe and tidy workshop environment
Requirements
* Proven experience as a vehicle technician or mechanic
* Ability to cover services, cambelts, clutches, and basic diagnostics
* MOT licence highly desirable
* Strong attention to detail and quality of work
* Good communication skills and a team-focused approach
Salary and Benefits
* Salary: £35,000–£40,000 per annum
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm (finish 4:30pm on Friday)
* Holiday: 20 days plus bank holidays (garage closed 24th December – 2nd/3rd January, using 3 days of annual leave)
