Experienced Vehicle Technician / Mechanic – Nottingham

Location: Nottingham

Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 per year (dependent on experience)

Hours: 42.5 hours per week (Monday – Friday) with 1 in 2 Saturdays (8 AM – 1 PM). Flexible working options available for the right candidate.

Our Nottingham workshop is looking for a skilled Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to carry out servicing, repairs, and diagnostics to the highest standards, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Diagnose, service, and repair vehicles to manufacturer and MOT standards

*

Carry out eVHC checks and provide professional advice to customers

*

Perform maintenance and repairs with efficiency and precision

*

Order and fit necessary parts for jobs

*

Conduct final inspections and safety testing before return

*

Maintain complete and accurate work records

*

Follow company policies, industry standards, and health & safety rules

*

Engage in ongoing technical training

*

Assist in training apprentices where applicable

What We’re Looking For:

*

Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technician with a full UK driving licence

*

Manufacturer experience preferred but not essential

*

Strong fault-finding and repair skills

*

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

*

Highly organised with strong time management
