£25,000 Basic + Bonus

Monday–Friday 9:00am–5:00pm (Flexibility Offered)

We are recruiting for our client and are looking for someone who is hands-on, organised, and genuinely interested in cars! This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy main dealer in the Portsmouth area as a Vehicle Progressor — a varied, fast-paced role where no two days are the same.

If you’re someone who prefers being on your feet rather than behind a desk all day, this could be the perfect fit.

The Role

As a Vehicle Progressor, you’ll play a key part in ensuring vehicles are retail-ready and the sales department runs smoothly. Responsibilities include:

* Checking in vehicles on arrival

* Carrying out vehicle condition checks

* Photographing vehicles for advertising

* Uploading and reporting Motability damage

* Supporting the sales team with day-to-day operational tasks

* Assisting with general forecourt and stock management duties

It’s a varied, practical role that keeps you active and involved across the dealership.

What We’re Looking For

* Full UK Driving Licence (essential)

* Over 18 years old (insurance purposes)

* Keen interest in cars and the motor trade

* Positive, proactive attitude

* Reliable and organised

* Happy working outdoors and on your feet

Previous motor trade experience is beneficial but not essential — attitude and enthusiasm are key.
