Vehicle Paint Technician – (Smart Repair Centre - Audi Worcester)

We are seeking a fully qualified Paint Technician who can consistently deliver an exceptional standard of refinishing.

40-hour working week with flexible start and finish times.

Up to £40,000 OTE, plus benefits.

In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out body work, Smart repairs, and final polishing, ensuring a high-quality finish on every job.

Our state-of-the-art Smart Repair Centre is also designed to go beyond just traditional SMART repair capability, while avoiding the full structural complexity of a conventional body shop. The facility bridges the gap between SMART repairs and full accident repair, allowing a wider range of cosmetic and light-to-medium damage repairs to be completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

The new centre supports multiple dealerships, operating from our new, class-leading facility on Bromyard Road, Worcester.

About You

Ideally, you will:

Have proven experience in paint spraying using high solid clear coat technology

Be fully conversant with modern water-based basecoat systems

Hold ATA accreditation (desirable, not essential)We would also welcome applications from fully time-served technicians or final-year apprentices seeking to progress their careers within a professional and forward-thinking environment. xjnqpsq
