£26,436, Permanent position, 40 hours a week, no weekend work, 2pm finish on a Friday Overtime paid at x1.5. Location: Cleckheaton

A growing engineering business in Cleckheaton is recruiting a Valeter / PDI Inspector to support vehicle preparation and final checks before customer delivery. The Valeter / PDI Inspector position offers long-term stability, daytime hours and a clean workshop environment.

Working as a Valeter / PDI Inspector, you will clean vehicles, complete final inspections and help maintain high presentation standards across the workshop.

The Valeter / PDI Inspector role would suit someone from an automotive, dealership, workshop or vehicle preparation background.

Duties of the Valeter / PDI Inspector:

Washing and vacuuming vehicles

Carrying out basic vehicle checks

Identifying cosmetic defects or damage

Completing simple paperwork

Preparing vans for customer collection

Supporting workshop housekeeping

Moving vehicles around site safelyWe would welcome applications from people with:

Ability to work independently
