About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Trainee Aircraft Seat Trimmer. This is an entry-level position with full training provided, offering an excellent opportunity to develop specialist skills within the aviation industry.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the trimming, fitting, and finishing of aircraft seats

Work with a range of materials including leather, fabric, and foam

Learn to read and follow technical drawings and specifications

Use hand tools and machinery safely and effectively

Carry out quality checks to ensure work meets required standards

Maintain a clean and organised workspace

Follow all health & safety procedures

Training & Development

Full on-the-job training provided

Structured learning plan covering materials, tools, and techniques

Ongoing support from experienced team members and supervisors

Opportunity to gain industry-specific skills within aircraft interiors
