Our client, a reputable and established automotive retailer, is seeking a dedicated professional to join their busy Bodyshop team. Salary of up to £35,000 plus bonus, with OTE reaching £40,000

Employee wellbeing initiatives and supportDuties of a SMART Repair Technician:
Conduct SMART repairs and cosmetic preparation to high standards
Identify and report any additional repair requirements during the repair process
Work collaboratively within the Bodyshop team to meet deadlines and optimise workshop efficiency
Maintain strong product knowledge, keeping updated with repair techniques and manufacturer standards
Ensure customer satisfaction through quality workmanship
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
Complete all repair documentation accurately and efficientlyRequirements of a SMART Repair Technician:
Proven experience as a SMART Repair Technician or within a similar automotive Bodyshop environment
Prior motor trade experience (essential)
Full UK driving licence
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
Ability to work independently and within a team
