Managing reactive and scheduled maintenance to ensure fleet efficiency and minimal downtime

Handling breakdown requests, organising repairs, and prioritising workload

Processing service requests and maintaining accurate records

Liaising with engineers, suppliers, and customers to coordinate activities effectively

Updating and managing fleet activity records within internal systems

Ensuring vehicles are safe, roadworthy, and ready for use at all timesRequirements:

Proven experience in automotive or fleet management, with prior experience as a Service Controller preferred

Strong organisational and time management skills

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Familiarity with fleet management systems is highly desirable

Proactive attitude with a hands-on approach to problem-solving

Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment

IT literacy with great attention to detail
