We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable dealership in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, seeking a Service Advisor to join their professional team.

Greeting customers and managing service appointments efficiently
Providing expert advice on vehicle repairs and maintenance

Upselling additional services where appropriate
Maintaining accurate customer records and follow-up communications
Ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction throughout all interactionsRequirements:
Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry

Knowledge of automotive technical services and pricing structures
