Salary: £30,000 Basic | OTE up to £34,000

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Location: Farnborough

We are recruiting for a professional and customer-focused Service Advisor to join a busy and successful automotive service department. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team, build your career and benefit from bonus and overtime opportunities.

The Role:

·Booking vehicles in for servicing, repairs and maintenance

·Greeting customers and discussing their vehicle requirements

·Keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicle

·Liaising closely with Workshop Technicians and the Parts Department

·Raising and managing job cards

·Providing accurate estimates and obtaining customer authorisation for additional work

·Promoting additional products, services and repairs where appropriate

·Ensuring all customer queries are handled professionally and efficiently

·Managing vehicle collection and handover

·Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle records

·Supporting the Service Department in achieving customer satisfaction and performance targets

What We're Looking For:

·Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor or similar customer-facing automotive role

·Excellent customer service xjnqpsq and communication skills

·Strong organisational and administration abilities

·Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment

·A professional and proactive approach

·Good IT and administrative skills

·Ability to work independently and as part of a team

·Automotive or commercial vehicle experience would be advantageous
