Regular working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm, with alternate SaturdaysDuties of the Service Advisor role encompass:

Acting as the first point of contact for customers, delivering outstanding customer service

Managing all paperwork related to vehicle servicing and repairs efficiently

Keeping customers informed regarding the status of their vehicle’s work

Processing payments accurately and handling follow-up actions
