Service Advisor

Description

Our client is seeking a motivated Service Advisor to join their team in High Wycombe.

As a Service Advisor, you will act as the key link between customers and the workshop, delivering exceptional customer care throughout the service process. Your responsibilities will include:

Advising customers on vehicle servicing requirements

Keeping customers informed at every stage and answering any queries

Liaising with technicians and workshop control to ensure timely completion of work

Providing accurate advice on products and servicesThis is a fast-paced role where customer care is the top priority. You will take the time to build genuine rapport, understand customer needs, and deliver a first-class experience.

About You

Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry is essential

Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail

A proven background in customer service within a busy environment

Working knowledge of Kerridge would be advantageous but not essential
